Mökille 1980-luvulle hankitun ElektroHelios-hellan uunin tiiviste oli repsottanut jo useita vuosia ja tiiviste oli irti-poikki kiinnikkeen vierestä. - Tarkkaan mallia tutkittuamme tilasimme uuden tiivisteen, 50 € (toimukuksineen) hinnasta huolimatta.
Tiiviste sopi hellaan niinkuin pitikin; vanha oli kiinni 4 metallikoukulla, ne lähtivät siististi irti ruokaveitsella avitellen; uudessa tiivisteessä oli koukut samoissa paikoissa ja se meni käsipelillä napakasti paikoilleen.
Toimituskin oli nopsa.

Hyvä tuote, vain oma mittavirhe teki siitä sopimattoman meidän sähkölieteemme. Olen miettinyt tuotteen palautusta, ja jonkinlaista hyvitystä, tai vaihtoa toiseen tuotteeseen.

Ajattelin,ettei näin iäkkääseen uuniin löydy enää luukun
tiivistettä. Löytyi kuitenkin ja sopi täydellisesti.

Loistavan nopea toimitus ja hienoa, että vanhaan uuniin löytyi varaosa. Uuni toimii nyt varmasti elinkaarensa loppuun saakka tällä uunin luukun tiivisteellä.
