Prices and Payment

All prices are in € sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. The minimum order amount is 5 euros. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards & other popular paying methods.

Delivery

We only deliver orders within the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Canada and the United States. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5-14 working days. You may also collect your order from our spare part store in Forssa, Finland.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

There is sometimes a delay in the availability of a product that is beyond our control; The product may be temporarily discontinued by our supplier or completely removed from our supplier's selection before it is possible to exclude it from sale on our website. Forssan Huoltopalvelu is not liable in cases where the delivery time of the order exceeds the delivery time estimate presented on the product's pages or the order has to be canceled due to a product that has been discontinued or expired. The value of the order to be canceled will be returned in full to the customer.

It is not visible on our website whether the product is in our own warehouse at the time of ordering or whether the product is delivered from our supplier's warehouse via our packaging plant. The delivery time estimate presented on the product page (announced on weekdays) is an indicative estimate from the time of ordering the product to its arrival, generally the delivery of the product takes place within the delivery time estimate.

Cancellation

In matters of consumer returns, we comply with the Finnish Consumer Protection law. You can find more information on the Internet service of the Consumer Agency. In business sales, returns are agreed separately. Returns can be made less than 14 days after the product's arrival. How to return: First contact us about the return using our contact form or by email to forssan@huoltopalvelu.com. After receiving a return authorization from our customer service, you can return the order free of charge (in finland) as follows: You can return orders delivered by post at the post office as a customer return. Remember to include the order reference or order number with the package so that we can assign the return to your order. Write the post's return number 629765 on the package. You can return Matkahuolto packages at the Matkahuolto office with return number 9502900. Return address: Forssan Huoltopalvelu Oy, PO Box 50, 30101 Forssa. Our payment intermediary Paytrail or Klarna AB will return the online bank, invoice and credit card payments to you. The Paypal payment will be returned to your Paypal account. The product to be returned must be unused and in salable condition. Electronic spare parts do not have the right of return if they have been tried to fit into the device (some other fault can damage the parts). The product must be packed as well as it was when it arrived. we do not refund anything for broken products upon return. We will only refund the price of the returned product/products, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. The costs of customer returns remain to be paid by us, so we do not want returns that are due to the wrong address / other reason why the package has not been picked up / found. So be careful when filling in your contact information! Note free return applies to orders that are returned from within Finland, the shipping costs of the product ordered abroad and returned from there remain with the customer.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for free with a full product refund, unless you've ordered the item from outside of Finland. Returns from outside of Finland are not free and the customer must pay for the shipping. The original delivery costs will not be refunded. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, Electrical spare parts, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

The returned product must be unused and in a condition for sale. Electronic spare parts have no right of return if they have been tested in place on the device (some other defect may damage the parts). The product must be packed as well as it was on arrival. we will not refund anything for products that are broken upon return.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Responsibility

Forssan Huoltopalvelu Ltd does not take any responsibility for accidents occurring in the installation of products or damage caused by incorrectly installed products. The installation of any electronic spare part has to be installed by a professional person with electrical permits required by law professional.  If an electronic component is installed by a person without electrician degree or needed permits the customer is responsible for any possible accidents / damage.
