Washing machine rubber collar removal and installation tool; special pressing pliers with which the spring-loaded fixing ring on the tub basin side of the rubber collar can be re-installed. The fastening ring loops are pressed with these to get the rim tension spring into the rim loops. Original LG product, fits many other brands.

You may have to bend the pliers to make them more suitable for the fixing ring.
