Moccamaster Cleaning Aid is an odorless and effective cleaner that removes coffee grease, oil and other dirt from coffee makers and thermoses. Regular use will ensure that your coffee maker works properly and your coffee always tastes great. Over time, coffee residue can build up in the pipes and tanks of your coffee maker, which can affect the taste of your coffee and the performance of your coffee maker. Moccamaster Cleaning Aid dissolves this residue without leaving an odor or aftertaste. Cleaning the coffee machine:
- Pour 25 ml of Moccamaster Cleaning Aid and 1 litre of cold water into the water tank
- Start the machine as normal
- Removable parts, such as the filter holder and glass jug, can be cleaned with the same solution
- After cleaning, boil two containers of clean water to rinse the machine
Cleaning the thermos jug:
- Pour 25 ml of Moccamaster Cleaning Aid into the jug
- Fill with warm water and leave to act for 15 minutes
- Brush the inside surfaces clean
- Rinse well before use
