I bought it for bagel dough (stiff, low moisture). Way more efficient than the roller. Initial mixing (in case of small batch, up to 1Kg) to the stage of coherent mass is more convenient with the scraper-roller set.

Valitettavasti en ole vielä leiponut ruisleipää menee elokuun loppuun.
