Tilaukseni toimitettiin perille nopeasti ma>pe, mutta tuote oli puutteellinen. Palautin heti perjantaina sekä soitin ja sain lupauksen uudesta toimituksesta heti. Kun sitä ei kuulunut, soitin seuraavana torstaina keskipäivän aikaan: tuote oli vielä lähettämättä hyllyssä ja sain lupauksen lähettämisestä heti. Sitä ei kuitenkaan ollut toimitettu matkahuoltoon heti, vaan se myöhästyi. Niinpä toimitus lykkääntyi yli pääsiäisen eli toimitus kesti kaikkiaan 2 viikkoa: ei hyvä. Pisteet ovat toimitusprosessista, ei tuotteesta, joka toimii.

Kuva oli niin hyvä, että uskalsin tilata osan, vaikken tiennyt koneen mallia.Koneen ääni hiljeni puolella ja epämääräinen kolina loppui.Toimitus oli nopeaa.
