The LONGLIFE carbon filter is a long-lasting filter; washable and reactivateable. Wash the filter every couple of months to maintain the best filtration performance. Place the filter alone in the dishwasher and wash on a 65°C wash program. After washing, the carbon filter must be reactivated; Place the filter on an oven rack at 100 ºC for 10 minutes. Replace the filter with a new one every three years.
