Delivery

We deliver orders via Posti, Matkahuolto and GLS. Products can also be ordered to be picked up at our spare parts store in Forssa on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tue-Fri from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The store's address is Salkokatu 1, 30100 Forssa.

Estimated delivery times are indicated in weekdays. The order will be processed as soon as the payment is successful (with a Klarna invoice as soon as your invoice is approved by Klarna) and shipped as soon as all the ordered products are ready to be shipped. Most of the products for sale are delivered directly from our Forssa warehouse, but unfortunately we cannot store all products in our own warehouse. In this case, the missing product usually arrives within a few business days from our suppliers, and your order will be dispatched within the delivery time estimate on the product page. If any of the products in our warehouse at the time of the order is out of stock due to high demand, etc., we will deliver your order immediately when the missing products have arrived in our warehouse from the suppliers. We apologize for any delays caused by transport companies or our suppliers. We do not charge packaging and delivery costs for possible subsequent deliveries.

Ordering products does not require registration as our regular customer. The products are delivered according to the delivery method you have chosen:

• Postal delivery: letter-sized (Max. L25cm, D40cm, H3cm) arrive at home and postal packages arrive at the nearest post office (in Finland) in about 2-3 business days from the day the order is packed. Posti sends a tracking code/arrival notification for packages via text message and/or email.
• Posti parcel machine: The order is delivered to the Posti parcel machine of your choice in Finland. You will receive a collection code as a text message from Posti.
• Matkahuolto package: The order is delivered to the Matkahuolto office of your choice. Matkahuolto sends an arrival notification via text message.
• Matkahuolto home delivery: The order is delivered to your door. The driver will call you and agree on a delivery time.

The delivery weight indicated on the product page is the weight of the delivery with packaging materials packed securely so that the product is not damaged. For this reason, the weight usually does not correspond to the weight of the product itself, and not all light products can be delivered by letter if the dimensions are exceeded or to prevent breakage. Please note that in addition to postage, costs also include packaging materials, packaging work and transportation. We deliver orders to Finland, the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Canada and the United States.
