Bosch serie 2 pesukoneen hiilet vastasivat alkuperäistä ja sopivat täydellisesti, vaikka kyseinen pesukonemalli on ostettu ulkomailta. Verkkosivujen mallinumeroon perustuva yhteensopivuustaulukko helpotti oikean osan löytämistä.

Pyykinpesukone lopetti pesun ja indikoi moottorivikaa. Moottorin hiilet olivat niin kuluneet, että kuparijohto näkyi jo hiilien kulutuspinnasta ja moottorin lamelleissakin oli kuparijohdon aiheuttama jälki. Hiilien asennus koneesta irrotettuun moottoriin onnistui helposti. Kone on toiminut moitteeetomasti hiilien vaihdon jälkeen.

Sopivat pesukoneeseen vaikka ei malli ollut listalla (WM14E463DN/01). Jousten halkaisija oli liian suuri, mutta vanhat jouset oli helppo vaihtaa uusiin hiiliin,
