Tuote postitettiin nopeasti. Tilaussivulla oli hyvin informaatiota tuotteesta ja jo sen avulla pystyi varmistumaan, että tarvittava osa oli oikea. Varaosa toimii, kuten pitääkin ja keittimen käyttöikää sai jatkettua. Alkuperäinen osa kesti n. 13 vuotta. Nähtäväksi jää, keitelläänkö kahvit samalla keittimellä vielä kymmenen vuoden päästä:)
