Pressure cooker safety valve. Located in the lid. The knob of the safety valve rises up when boiling and lets excess pressure out of the boiler. Aluminum, rubber seal at the joint of the lid. Plastic knob. Original spare part for Kuhn Rikon Duromatic pressure cookers (not suitable for old cookers with lid hole less than 22 mm).
