Activated carbon filter for removing odors and fumes from the cooker hood. Placed in a plastic filter holder (model-specific, not included in the filter delivery, available separately). You need a carbon filter if the air sucked in by your cooker hood is returned to the room air. Washable and reactivated Long Life filter: wash and activate the filter every 6-12 months to maintain the best filtration performance. Replace the filter with a new one after about ten activations.
