Three-phase overheat protection for deep fryers 20A 400V. Cut-off temperature 245°C (maximum temperature 254°C). Replaces part Electrolux Professional 004472. Fits many Electrolux and Zanussi deep fryers. Check compatibility in the model compatibility table.
